By using this website, purchasing a product, or booking a service from Spectalytics Hub (operated by Felicia Cox), you agree to these terms.
Services & deliverables
Scope, timeline, and revisions for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins. Standard sprints are focused, one-time projects with a defined scope; the Pro monthly plan is an ongoing subscription with pause and cancel options.
Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by Payhip. Digital toolkits and templates are non-refundable once delivered. For 1-on-1 services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis before work begins.
Intellectual property
Templates, guides, and course materials remain the property of Spectalytics Hub and are licensed for your personal or single-business use. Custom deliverables produced during a paid engagement are yours to use in your business.
